My name is Helen and I run HOTI, a small health food brand designed to cleanse, nourish, detox and energise.
My Kombucha honors the health benefits of probiotic foods through balancing the digestive to boosting the immune system.
I have to admit, when it comes to flavours, I enjoy variety and experimentation. Due to this, I may not always have the flavour you enjoy most. Also, due to the very nature of Kombucha, each batch cannot be guaranteed to taste the same. It is bottled as natural as possible, with only small amounts of fruit or herbs to flavour and I use a variety of base teas to get the flavours we all enjoy. Here is a sample of my regular flavours. Made with a blend of organic Hibiscus Flower and White Tea infused with ginger
A sassy blend of Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle, Hibiscus, Spearmint and White Peony Tea then infused with fresh lemon juice
A beautiful brew of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea and Cloud & Mist Green Tea, with added fresh local passionfruit
A herbal infusion of Organic Ginger, Lemongrass, Hibiscus, and Calendula Petals, blended with White Tea infused with ginger
Butterfly Lime & Elderflower
Made by brewing a blend of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea and Cloud & Mist Green Tea, infused with fresh pressed lime juice and sweet Elderflower
A gorgeous tea blend of Oolong, Peony White, Yerba Mate, infused with Jiaogulan (aka Southern Ginseng or Herb of Immortality) and fresh mango and passionfruit

HOTI Kombucha is available from Nana’s Pantry Bundaberg Monday to Saturday or at The Pocket Storehouse, Cnr Quay & Scotland Street, East Bundaberg each and every Saturday from 7am until 12pm.
